I would have posed this question in another way but I didn’t want to belabour those who run with headlines without bothering to read the context.
Else, the topic would have been: “Why one-location Church serves you better than the one with multiple branches.” This is on the basis of the fact that the Set Man would always be in charge in a single-site Church, with the congregation under his direct cover.
I just discovered that God sends people to pastors He has ordained over them, not to Churches (in fact God doesn’t know Churches. Who He knows is the man with the divine assignment).
So, methinks it’s better for you to worship where the Set Man is based rather than where he has posted a lieutenant.
In the next episode I’ll tackle whether this my recommendation is antithetical to the spread of the Gospel through the proliferation of Churches.
Until then remain sandwiched between the Peace of God and the God of Peace (as Pastor Tunde Bakare would say).
